Eli the Spy and the Case of the International Spy Museum
Briefing
The following story relates the case of the International Spy Museum; and, how innovative technology helped thwart the malicious intentions of the League of Lotech.
Agent Eli had been stationed in Washington, D.C. closely tracking the moves of the League of Lotech. They were infamous for attempting to eradicate technology throughout the world. They had been on the most wanted list for years and Eli was determined to permanently rid the world of technology from its nemesis.
The Specifics
In July of 2002, the International Spy Museum had just been completed. It was equipped with the latest in technological innovations such as three specialty HD theaters, retail/restaurant media systems, and all the appropriate installations to make a premier audiovisual system. Due to the museum’s technological features, it was known that it was only a matter of time until the League of Lotech would rear its ugly head towards the venue.
Eli was working incognito under the guise of a museum usher. He would spend his time walking through the museum and directing the visitors towards the exhibits, the restaurant, the museum store, and theaters. He knew if he remained patient, he would soon spot an affiliate of the League of Lotech.
That day came in late summer. Eli was working after hours because he had the “gut” feeling, the League of Lotech was close by. It had been hours since the museum’s last visitor, when Eli heard one of the exhibits. The exhibits were specially designed with an overall volume control equipped with hidden microphones to measure ambient noise. The exhibits would get progressively louder as a reaction to indicating loud stimuli surrounding them.
Eli the Spy successfully apprehended two members of the League of Lotech that evening thanks to the exhibit’s technology. The arrested members later divulged the location of the League’s headquarters and the rest of the culprits were taken to justice.
Conclusion
Eli the Spy was commended for his work on the Case of the International Spy Museum. Eli was contacted for a quote on the case. “The irony of the case is that the League’s attempt to destroy technology was foiled by the same technology they sought to eradicate.”
