7 Ways to Improve your Theme Park Experience
People love going to theme parks: the rides, the food, the excitement in the air, the quality time with your family, etc. are all great reasons to visit. Edwards Technologies Inc. has some experiences around theme parks. We just completed the Mystery Mine Steel Rollercoaster at Dollywood Theme Park.
We not only implement entertainment technology in a variety of venues, but we can provide some useful tips as well. The following article will be useful when visiting your next theme park.
Season tickets
When going to one of your favorite theme parks, such as LegoLand, ask if they offer discounts in relation to family passes, seasonal admission, or passes to adjoining water parks. If you plan to go to the theme park more than once, it will be a good idea to inquire.
Advance tickets
Crowds can be enormous and standing around takes time out of your day. Getting tickets in advance will save time and sometimes save money too.
Night riders
Some parks have discounted rates for nighttime goers. Parks tend to get less crowded as the night approaches.
Don’t get burned
Make sure to wear plenty of sunblock and stay hydrated while at the park. Most parks are wide-open leaving patrons susceptible to hours of sun exposure.
Special attention
Theme parks cater to their customers. Those with special needs will be properly accommodated if you inform the park before hand.
Keep dibs on the kids
Theme parks get very crowded and it is very easy to lose track of the little people. Be sure to keep eyes on children at all times and devise a meeting place in the event of separation.
Eat healthy
Many parks such as LegoLand, are as concerned for your health as they are for your entertainment. Theme parks offer a cornucopia of foods, but the healthy-minded are not neglected. Amidst the seas of cotton candy, hot dogs, and soda, look for stands offering health conscious foods and beverages.
